(a)The duties of a certifying surgeon appointed under Section 10(1) of the Act shall comprise the examination of young persons, desirous of being employed, and the re-examination of young person in respect of whom a notice under Section 75 has been served upon the Manager or who desires to be re-employed. Certificate of age and fitness shall be given only to such young persons as are found qualified to receive them on a fee of annas eight per young person being charged for such examination from the occupier or Manager of the factory.
