Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 8 and 13.
Service is not complete upon respondent nos. 9 and 10. However, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she will be moving application for substituted service in respect of respondent nos. 9 and 10 as dasti service could not be effected upon them. Application be filed within four weeks.
