The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 18.07.2023 passed in W.P. No.25685/2018, whereby the writ petition was allowed with direction to the respondents to start the pension of the petitioner for which she is entitled.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order passed by Single Bench, the State Government filed the WA No.936/2024 which has also been dismissed vide order dated 20.01.2026.
The present Contempt is pending since 2024, but till date no compliance report has been filed.
As a last indulgence, four weeks' time is granted to file compliance report/reply, failing which this Court will be constrained to pass the order of personal presence of respondents.
Shri Vikram Pippal, GA present in Court is hereby directed to inform the counsel who is appearing on behalf of respondent in the present case and also to the official respondents for necessary compliance.
List this case after four weeks.
