Section 65(f) in The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(f)display at a prominent place in its main office the following:(i)the letter of authority in original issued to the authorised testing station by the registering authority;(ii)the name and address of the person authorised to issue or renew the certificate of fitness;(iii)the qualifications of the persons referred to in clause (a) of sub-rule (3) of rule 63;
