Section 14 in Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010
14. Removal of difficulties
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order, do anything which appears to it necessary for the purpose of removing such difficulty.
