Section 29(1) in The M.P. Nagariya Sthawar Sampatti Kar Niyam, 1964
(1)The Collector shall, as soon as may be, forward to the Tahsildar concerned an extract of the relevant entry in the register mentioned in Rule 28 for realising the amount due as arrears of land revenue.
