(9)The Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950 (Rajasthan Act 7 of 1950)Section 1. - For Sub-section (2), substitute the following:-"(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan."Section 12. - Omit "as adapted to Rajasthan."Section 21. - Omit the whole.
