2. It is submitted that the appeal being Company Appeal No. 29/2023 before the ld. Division Bench, in respect of the auction of property from Bombay bearing 'Plot No. 51, Street No. 7, MIDC Andheri Mumbai', is pending. The same is stated to be now listed before the ld. Division Bench on 23rd July, 2024.
3. Considering the Roster of this Court, it would not be possible to retain any of the JVG's matters as part-heard. Accordingly, all the matters relating to the company- JVG are released from part-heard.
4. List before the Company Court as per Roster, on 28th May, 2024.
