Section 4(6) in The Rules for Payment of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Allopathic Institutions & Red Cross Societies, 1970
(6)The recipient institution shall submit its accounts duly audited by a recognised body of Auditors, whenever so required by the Government but not later than six months from the close of the year.
