Section 43 in The Bombay Children Act, 1948

43. Court or Magistrate may direct production of child by parent or guardian. - The juvenile court, magistrate, or the other court to which or whom a report is made under section 42, may call upon such parent or guardian to produce the child before it or him in order to show cause why the said child should not during the pendency of the proceedings, be removed from his care; and may on suitable sureties being offered for the safety of such child and for his being brought before it or him, permit the child to remain in the actual charge or control of his parent or guardian, or may immediately order his removal, if necessary, by issuing a search warrant for the immediate production of the child to a place of safety, if it appears to the court or magistrate that the child is likely to be removed from the jurisdiction of the court or to be concealed.
