235.
The table of contents shall be written in English day by day as the case proceeds, and except as otherwise provided shall show all the papers in the file in the order they are filed. A separate serial number will be assigned to the order-sheet (e.g., i, ii, iii, iv, etc.) and it will not be taken into account in giving page marks to the other papers in the file.
