                               UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

Since non-bailable warrants are issued against the petitioner in some other cases, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of the High Court. The special leave petition is dismissed.

However, it would always be open to the petitioner to seek cancellation of those non-bailable warrants and whenever such steps are taken, the concerned Court shall deal with that application without being influenced by any observations made by the High Court in the impugned order and such application shall be dealt with on its own merits.
