(1)The Superintendent shall make arrangement for occasional exhibition of suitable films for the benefit of prisoners.(2)The Superintendent shall co-ordinate with other Government Departments and other institutions for making such arrangements.(3)The Superintendent shall submit a monthly report to the Inspector General about the number of film shows exhibited during the preceding month with date and subject of the film shows exhibited.(4)The officer of the Government of any Department exhibiting such film shall record his visit to the prison, in a register and his remarks thereon, if any.
