Section 11(1)(iii) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made Foreign Liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006

(iii)The sub-lease permitted under sub-rule (i) shall be for a period of one year or part thereof and such sub-lease holder shall not have any claim for renewal fo such sublease.
