                                 Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned Counsel for
                       the parties.
                       2]        It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that merit list
                       while making recruitment to the post of Anganwadi Madatnis for Tahsil -
                       Bangaon has been prepared in a composite manner notwithstanding the fact that
                       the recruitment was to be made at three different places. Insofar as Village -
                       Bangaon, Tahsil - Amgaon is concerned, the petitioner is a resident of that
                       Village and she has secured highest marks of candidates coming from the said
                       Village.
                       3]        It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to
                       the publication of the aforesaid list, an objection in terms thereof has been raised
                       before respondent no.2. Though the said objection is dated 7/8/2023, the same
                       has not yet been decided.
                       4]        In these facts, the following order would serve the interest of justice :
                                                                   ORDER

Respondent no.2 shall consider the petitioner's objection dated 7/8/2023 and after hearing the petitioner take a decision within a period of two weeks of receiving copy of this order.

5] Needless to state that if the petitioner has any further grievance, she is free to take such steps as are permissible in law. 6] Rule is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
