1. This is an application for recalling of the order dated 08.05.2018.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 08.05.2018 is recalled. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself. CR-1144-2016
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the judgment dated 13.01.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ramphal & Ors. Vs. Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited & Ors. [Civil Appeal Nos. _____ of 2026 (SLP (C) Nos.4532-4539 of 2023], he does not wish to press the present revision petition. Permitted to do so.
