Learned counsel for both the parties made statement at the bar that controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court dated 20.11.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.944 of 2011 (S/S) "Chandra Shekhar Singh and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others". They prayed that this petition may also be disposed of in terms of the directions passed by this Court in the aforesaid matter.
In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is allowed in terms of the directions passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 944 of 2011 (S/S) "Chandra Shekhar Singh and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others" decided on 20.11.2012.
Interim relief application (CLMA No.670/2013) also stands disposed of.
