Section 28(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)The Registrar shall, once in every three years, on or before a date to be fixed in this behalf by the Council, cause to be printed and published a correct list of the names for the time being entered in the register setting forth-(a)all the names entered in the register arranged in alphabetical order according to the surnames;(b)the registered address of each person whose name is entered in the register; and(c)the qualifications of each such person together with the dates when such qualifications were acquired.
