Section 3(c) in The Punjab Industrial Housing Rules, 1982
(c)issue notice to the occupants of houses for the recovery of rent, electricity charges and other dues, for ejectment, re-entry or re-taking possession of the tenements or for unauthorised additions and alterations thereof and breach of any other terms and conditions of the agreement by the tenants or for any other purpose whatsoever for which notice may be required to be given by law or under an agreement ;
