If any still, vat, pipe or other part of the plant is at any time found to be defective or leaking, and the Financial Commissioner or Collector orders the discontinuance of its use, it shall not be used again till it has been repaired to the [satisfaction of Financial Commissioner or Collector] [Substituted vide Notification No. G.S.R. 28/P.A. 1/14/Ss. 21 and 59/95, dated 15.1.1995.]
