51. Schedule of officers and servants to be submitted for sanction of Government.
- The Authority shall, from time to time prepare and submit for the sanction of the Government a schedule of the staff of officers and servants whom it shall deem it necessary and proper to maintain for the purposes of this Act. Such schedule shall also setforth the amount and nature of the salaries, fees and allowances which the Authority proposes for each such officer or servant. No alteration in the sanctioned schedule shall be made without the sanction of the Government.
