Section 832 in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
832. Repayment by money order.
- Where the sum to be repaid does not exceed Rs. 100/- and the applicant desires that the money be remitted to him by money order, he shall add to the application a request to that effect and mention the address at which the money is to be remitted to him. He may instead of presenting such application to the Deputy Registrar forward it to him by post after obtaining thereon the counter signature of a Judge, Munsif or Magistrate as to his identity under the seal of the Court. In such case the money repayable less money order commission shall be remitted to him by money order at the address given in the application.If the applicant is serving in the Army, Navy or Air Force, the counter signature as to his identity by his Commanding Officer will be sufficient for the purpose of this Rule.
