Section 26 in Gujarat Educational Innovations Commission Act, 2009
26. Authentication of orders and other instruments.
(1)All orders and decisions of the Commission shall be authenticated by the signature of the Executive Chairperson or any other member authorised by the Commission in this behalf and all other instruments issued by the Commission shall be authenticated by the signature of the Secretary or any other officer of the Commission authorised by the Commission in this behalf.(2)All decisions of a Council shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson of the Council.(3)All decisions of a Committee shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson of the Committee or any other member of the Committee authorised by the Chairperson in this behalf.
