Section 7(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962
(1)[Every dealer liable to pay to tax under this Act] [Inserted by Act XVIII of 1988, Section 4.] shall furnish in the prescribed form a return of his turn-over for a year within sixty days from the expiry of that year.]
