Appellant filed RTI application dated 17.11.2017 seeking information through 6 points:

1. Provide copy of work orders issued by the O/o SE Zone-I for civil and other works during the years 2015-16, 2016-17 & 2017-18.

2. When was the drain at Dabri Palam Road constructed? What is its validity and expenses incurred so far in its maintenance?

3. Provide copy of Work order, B.O.Q, Hinder Register, Minute Register, Third party inspection report, office report etc regarding construction of above drain worketc.

Having not received any reply from the PIO, Appellant filed First Appeal dated 18.12.2017 which was not adjudicated.Therefore, Appellant approached the Commission in the instant Second Appeal.

None present from either side during hearing.

Decision:

Since none has appeared for this case, it is not possible to ascertain the actual position/facts as they exist today. Under the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
