(8)The term of the non-official members of the Authority nominated under clause (xiv) of sub-section (1) shall be for a period of two years:Provided that in the event of the office of any aforesaid member becoming vacant by reason of death, removal, resignation or otherwise, the vacancy shall be filled up by fresh nomination according to the provisions of clause (xiv) of sub-section (1).
