AMIT RAWAL, J. (oral) This petition has been filed for grant of ad interim regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 345, dated 27.8.2017 under Sections 120-B, 121, 121-A, 145, 146, 150, 151, 152, 153, 216 IPC, Police Station Sector-5, Panchkula on the premise that the petitioner on 10.5.2018 has been operated for heart as his three arteries were blocked. His condition had become precarious as per medical certificate Annexure P-3 and he had been taken to PGI as he developed some complications. His age is 56 years. The petitioner is himself is a doctor and has been falsely implicated in the case.

Notice of this petition was given to the State of Haryana. Mr. Indresh Goel, Addl. A.G, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Ram Bhaj, P.S. SIT, Panchkula submits that he does not dispute the bypass surgery of the petitioner but in view of his precarious condition, I deem it appropriate to grant him ad interim interim regular bail for a period up to 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 23-06-2018 23:58:50 ::: CRM-M-26202-2018(O&M) 2 04.08.2018 subject to the satisfaction of the Duty Magistrate, Panchkula and thereafter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the police.
