Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1983
(1)The owner of every fishing vessel not being a fishing vessel registered under [section 435-C of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (Central Act 44 of 1958)] [Substituted 'section 11 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972 (Central Act 13 of 1972)' by Act No. 18 of 2017.], shall register such fishing vessel under this Act.
