Section 16 in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
16. Decision of questions by majority of votes.
- Except as otherwise provided by or under this Act, all questions brought before any meeting of the Council shall be decided by a majority of the voles of the members present and in the case of votes being equal the Presiding Authority at the meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
