414. Councillor and Corporation officers and employees to be public servants.
- Every Councillor, the Commissioner and every Corporation officer and other Corporation employees, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Jammu and Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code, 1989.
