2. Definitions
.In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires(a)Act means the Multi modal Transportation of Goods Act, 1993;(b)document means the Multi modal Transport Document referred to in section 7 of the Act;(c)The words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act.
