(2)If persons, selected under sub-rule (1) above and appointed to a post concerned in accordance with these Rules & Regulations against the vacancies of a particular year for which the interview was conducted by the Board/Appointing Authority in accordance with these rules does not join on that event the said vacancies shall be treated as a fresh vacancy.Part - V Procedure for Recruitment by Promotion
