Section 32(1) in The Bihar Industrial Disputes Rules, 1961
(1)Fees for making a copy of an award, order or decision of a Labour Court or a Tribunal or any other document filed in any proceeding before a Labour Court or Tribunal shall be charged as follows:-(a)For the first 200 words, twenty-five paise.(b)For every additional 100 words, or fraction thereof, thirty-seven paise:Provided that where an award or order or documents exceeds five pages, the approximate number of words per page shall be taken as the basis for calculating the total number of words, to the nearest hundred, for the purpose of assessing the copying fee.
