Section 47(4) in Kerala Agricultural University Act, 1971
(4)[ The Executive Committee shall submit a copy of the accounts and the audit report to the Government along with a statement of the action taken by the University on the audit report for the financial year ending on 31st March of the year on or before the first day of March of the succeeding year and on such receipt the Government shall immediately cause the same to be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly if it is in session , and if it is not in session in the next session immediately following such receipt.] [Substituted by Act 16 of 2001.]
