Section 12(1)(ii) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1963

(ii)in any other case, at the same rate and in the same manner as for the nearest ryotwari land of similar description and with similar advantages in the district in which the inam is situated.
