Section 33(2)(i) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981

(i)Whenever advice is sought from member of the panel of advisers, the member of the panel of advisers concerned shall send for the applicant and will also be provided with all the papers in connection with matter on which advice is sought.
