Section 19(1) in Karnataka Housing Board Act, 1962
(1)Before the first day of December in each year, the Board shall prepare and forward, -(i)a programme,(ii)a budget for the next year,[XXX] [Ommitted by Act 24 of 2016 w.e.f. 28.07.2016.]to the State Government in such form as may be prescribed.
