Section 4(1)(iii) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993

(iii)has affixed to the generator in such a manner as to be clearly visible a metal plate having legibly displayed upon it the name of the manufacturer, the description, name, mark or number assigned to it by the authority under Sub - rule (1) of Rule 6 and the manufacturer's serial number.
