Section 12(a) in Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972
(a)Prisoners who commit acts of misconduct or who fail to pay penalties as imposed by the prisoners Panchayat or who do not perform their scheduled task for any other reason are found undesirable in the Open Camp shall be sent back to the Jails by the Officer-in-charge of the Camps under intimation to the Inspector General of Prisons.
