Section 10 in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad Act, 1958
10. Antarim Zila Parishad to perform the function of the District Planning Committee.
- Notwithstanding anything in the U.P. District Boards Act, 1922 the State Government may direct that the Antarim Zila Parishad shall, as from a date to be notified in the official Gazette, perform the functions of the District Plannning Committee and such additional functions, if any, as may be specified and thereupon the District Planning Committee shall cease to function as such.
