Section 11(b) in Madhya Pradesh Vidyut Shulk Adhiniyam, 2012
(b)intentionally obstructs an Inspector in the performance of his duties or the exercise of his powers under this Act or the rules made thereunder, he shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
