Section 18(1) in The Gujarat Affiliated Colleges Services Tribunal Act, 1982
(1)Nothing contained in clause (b) of Sub-section (1) and Sub-section (2), (3), (5) and (6) of Section 14 and Section 15 shall apply to any educational institution established and administered by a minority, whether based on religion or language.
