Section 148(1) in The Armed Forces Tribunal (Practice) Rules, 2009
(1)The Principal Registrar or the Registrar as the case may be, shall conduct inspection of all the sections twice a year, viz ., for the period from 1st January to 30th June and 1st July to 31st December, on such dates as may be found convenient.
