Section 2(h) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965
(h)"Section Plan" shall mean the Plan as proposed under rule 8 and kept in the office of the Director showing the layout of a sector and in particular defining the main road system and approximate location of sites for shopping centre, schools and other public buildings and major open spaces within the sector.
