Section 8(1) in Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972
(1)The length of an area held under a mining lease shall not exceed four times its breadth:Provided that the Collector may, in any particular case, relax the provision of this Rule [for reasons to be recorded in writing] [Inserted by S. O. 305 dated 26.3.1985.].
