Section 81(2) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(2)A councillor or [person referred to in sub-clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3] [Substituted by Act 67 of 1993, section 61, for "alderman" (w.e.f. 1-10-1993)] may, subject to the provisions of sub-section (3), ask the Commissioner questions on any matter relating to the municipal government of Delhi or the administration of this Act or the functions of any of the municipal authorities.
