Section 22(2) in The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996
(2)The Board may grant loan or subsidy to a lcoal authority or an employer in aid of any scheme approved by the State Government for the purpose connected with the welfare of building workers in any establishment.
