39. Annual report.
- The annual report to the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and [circulated amongst the members of the Board] [Substituted, by Act No. 27 of 1964 dated 18-11-1964.] one month before the annual meeting of the Board at which it is to be considered.
