24. Proportion of individuals and Co-operative Societies for constituting committee. [Section 85 (2) (ix)]
- In a Cooperative Society, the membership of which is not exclusively confined to individuals, the representation of individuals and Co-operative Society on the committee and the general body shall be such as may be laid down in the bye-laws of the Co-operative Society.
