Section 20(5) in The West Bengal Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
(5)An order made under sub-section (1) shall take effect,-(a)when no appeal from such order is preferred under section 136, on the expiry of the time allowed for preferring an appeal, or(b)where an appeal from such order is preferred under section 136, upon rejection of the appeal by the appellate authority.
